How to make fried dumplings with ice flower

1.Pour oil into the pan and heat it

2.Put in the dumplings and fry them (the dumplings are made before)

3. Adjust the water starch, add three small spoons of starch to half a bowl of water (I only added two small spoons, so it was not fully formed )

4.Pour the water starch in until half of the dumplings are covered

Tips
Water starch is the key.If it is too thick, it will be particularly difficult to collect the juice in the end
