How to make shepherd's purse and big meat dumplings

1. Select the dead leaves and weeds from the shepherd's purse, soak it in light salt water for a while, and rinse it repeatedly.

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little oil and salt.

3. Add shepherd's purse, blanch for 30 seconds, remove and cool.

4. Pinch dry.
