Ingredients
Pork ( 100g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) | Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Dried shiitake mushrooms ( 6 ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Onion ( Appropriate amount ) | Rice noodles ( 300 grams ) |
Dried fungus ( 2 grams ) | Hot pepper ( Half ) |
Carrot ( 20g ) | Onion ( 30g ) |
Starch ( Half tablespoon ) |
How to make fried rice noodles

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2. Soak rice noodles in water in advance

3.Shred the pork and put it into a bowl

4.Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch , a little salt and a spoonful of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

5.Shiitake mushrooms and fungus Soak in advance, slice mushrooms, and tear fungus into small pieces

6.Slice onions, carrots and peppers

7.Cut green onion and shredded ginger for later use
