How to make tomatoes and eggs (noodle soup)

1.Garlic slices

2.Tomatoes Dice (you can peel it, but I didn’t peel it because it was too troublesome)

3.Pot Add base oil and saute garlic slices

4.Pour in diced tomatoes and stir-fry to make juice., add salt (adding salt later will make it more flavorful, but adding it too early will make the tomatoes less ripe)

5. Stir-fry a few times, heat the water (the taste is better), add it from the side, and bring to a boil.

6.Crack in an egg, wait until the egg is set, add the dragon whisker noodles, and cook.

7.Finally, you can sprinkle some chopped green onion (I don’t have it at home, so I didn’t put it in)
Tips
Based on If you don’t like it too sour for your personal taste, you can add some sugar after adding water.(It’s more suitable for little cuties who work alone in a rental house, like me [sad])
