How to make braised noodles with poached eggs

1. Fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and dried chili segments, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Add half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of oil, half a spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of mature vinegar , 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 3 bowls of water.
