How to make mushroom and beef buckwheat noodles

1. Cut the beef into cubes, dice the soaked mushrooms, and chop the ginger and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add beef, and stir-fry dry.

3. Add ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the chili noodles and stir-fry the red oil.

5.Add in diced potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

6.Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry to release the juice.

7.Add salt.

8.Add soy sauce.

9.Cut the beans into cubes.

10.Add boiling water, simmer until the soup is fragrant and the meat is tender, then add chicken essence.Mushroom beef sautee is ready.

11. Chop the green onion and coriander into a plate.

Tips
