How to make homemade scallion oil noodles

1.Preparation: Cut the green onions and wash the lettuce leaves (I use a few pieces of lettuce close to the heart of the cabbage, which are tenderer and more delicious)

2. Boil scallion oil: Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the pot, add scallions, and fry over low heat until the scallions become brown

3. Cooking noodles: Boil water over high heat, put in noodles until cooked and take them out.In a bowl, add: oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and white sugar.Add a little salt, add the cooked noodles and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of scallion oil and stir.
Tips
If you have dark soy sauce, you can add some dark soy sauce and the color will look better
