Ingredients
Noodles ( 500g (serves 3 people) ) | Beans ( 480 grams ) |

How to make braised pork noodles

1. Cut the pork belly into cubes and put in cold water.Add onion, ginger and white wine, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes, remove and rinse.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add sugar, and stir-fry until the rice dumplings turn red.Add pork belly and stir-fry quickly.

3. When the pork belly is fried, add star anise, pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, Dried chili pepper and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

4.Add salt, green onion segments and ginger slices, stir-fry evenly.

5.Pour the roasted meat into the stew pot, add appropriate amount of boiling water, and cook for about 10 minutes , put it into the outer pot and simmer for about 30 minutes.

6. Take an appropriate amount of braised pork and put it into the wok.

7.Add beans (broken into inch segments) and tomatoes.

8.Add a little onion.

9. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and chicken essence.

10.Add the stewed broth to be even with the vegetables.

11. Spread the thin noodles flat on top of the dish.

12. Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.

13.Open the lid, do not stir, turn over and shake the noodles to make them even.Dip in the soup.

14.Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

15.When the soup dries up, shake the noodles again and mix with the meat and vegetables Evenly.

16.Finished product.Clean and refreshing, the beans are soft, the noodles are red and chewy, and the braised pork is fragrant but not greasy.
Tips
1.When frying the sugar color, use medium-low heat.When the sugar color turns into a red color, quickly add the pork belly and stir-fry evenly.
2.When simmering the noodles, don’t use too much heat, otherwise the soup will shrink too quickly and the noodles will be cooked.
