White flour ( 500g ) | Eggs ( 3 ) |
White sugar ( 50g ) | Milk powder ( 50g ) |
Dry yeast ( 5g ) | Salt ( 5g ) |

How to make pretzels

1.Put the flour, egg whites, sugar and milk powder into a basin, stir with 300g warm water and dry yeast and knead the dough.
