Pork belly ( 200g ) | Noodles ( 500g ) |

How to make braised noodles with pork belly, beans and potatoes

1.Prepare the ingredients, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into strips, remove the tendons from the beans, wash and cut them into small pieces, slice the pork belly, cut the hand-rolled noodles into short sections, chop green onions, minced garlic and shredded ginger

2. Add oil to the pot, heat the oil to 70%, add the pork belly and stir-fry

3.After the meat turns white, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

4.Add potatoes and beans and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add light soy sauce and stir-fry

5.Add dark soy sauce and stir well

7. Add water to cover the ingredients

8.Add salt and bring to a boil over medium to low heat for 20 Minutes

9.Find another pot to steam the noodles and steam over high heat for 15 minutes p>

10.After the soup thickens, add the noodles
