How to make pork, lotus root and carrot dumplings

1.Lotus root, carrot, shiitake mushroom, baby cabbage, wash and mince and set aside

2.Pork, fat Half and half lean meat, minced and set aside.
Mix minced ginger, minced green onion, rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd, salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes

Tips
