Zanthoxylum bungeanum: Maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Dried noodles ( 1 handful ) | Cucumber ( 1 root ) |
Carrot ( 1 root ) | Peanuts ( 1 handful ) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum ( Moderate amount ) | salt ( 1 spoon ) |
balsamic vinegar ( 3 spoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking oil ( 1 tablespoon ) | Shredded green onions ( a little ) |
Garlic paste ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pot.

2.Put in 1 handful of peanuts.

3. Fry over medium heat until cooked, don’t burn it.

4.Put out the peanuts to control oil and let cool for later use.

5.Put an appropriate amount of peppercorns into fried peanut oil and fry over low heat until fragrant..

6.Put out the peppercorns and discard them.

7. Let the pepper oil cool and set aside.

8. Boil water.

9.Put in a handful of noodles and cook.

10. Rinse cold water.

11. Add water and serve in a larger plate.

12.Pour in the cooled peanut oil.

13. Stir evenly and set aside.

14. Prepare a cucumber and carrot.

15. Cut the cucumber into shreds.

16. Cut the carrots into shreds.

17.Cut some green onions.

18. Blanch the carrot shreds in water.Because my elderly family member has bad teeth, I specially blanch them in water.If you have good teeth, you can skip this step.

19. Rub off the coat of fried peanuts and mash them with a rolling pin.

20. Just pound it like this.

21.Pour the cold noodles into a bowl.

22. Add shredded cucumber, carrot and green onion.

23.Add a spoonful of salt.
