How to make cold noodles

1. Add peppercorns, star anise, green onions, ginger slices, rice wine and water to a boil.Add the chicken breast and cook for eight minutes.

2.Turn off the heat and simmer for twenty minutes, take out and tear into shreds,

3.Use soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and peppercorns to make a sauce,

4. Mix the cooked noodles with sesame oil and dry them (blow dry),

Tips
Mixing the noodles with sesame oil can increase the chewiness and make the taste richer! (I don’t eat garlic.If you like to eat it, it might taste better with minced garlic)!
