How to make handmade noodles

1.Put the flour into a pot, add eggs, salt and water.Use chopsticks to spread it into cotton wool, then knead it into a smooth dough.Knead it into a long strip with your hands.Cut the knife into evenly thick pieces and put them into a plate.Add some cooking oil to the plate, stir it gently with chopsticks so that the oil can be coated, and leave it for about ten minutes
