How to make white steamed buns

1.First add the yeast to warm water and stir to dissolve

2. Prepare the flour and put it into a basin, slowly add the yeast water, and stir it into a flocculent form

3.Then knead the flour into dough with your hands.Then cover it and place it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in size

4.Spread a layer of dry flour on the chopping board and knead the risen dough until smooth again

5.After kneading, knead the dough into long strips and cut it into equal-sized pieces with a knife

Tips
After steaming, do not open the lid immediately otherwise the steamed buns will easily become flaky
