How to make Leek Box

1.Put the prepared flour into a mixing bowl, add yeast powder and mix evenly!

2. Prepare a small bowl of warm water, pour it into a mixing basin and use chopsticks to stir until it becomes flocculent.A little softer!

3. Knead the mixed flocculent flour into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.!

4. While the dough is proofing, we wash the leeks prepared in advance and place them on the chopping board.Control the moisture a little!

5. Cut the leeks into small pieces of about 5 mm and set aside!

6.Put the three prepared eggs into a bowl and beat them up and set aside!

7. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot, then pour in the prepared egg liquid !

8. Stir and stir-fry with chopsticks until the eggs are minced!

9.The egg wadding is ready for use!

10. After frying the egg yolks, add the prepared chopped leeks to the oil pan, and stir gently over high heat.Fry for about 5 seconds, add the prepared egg yolks, stir-fry over low heat, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry the five-spice powder evenly, turn off the heat and set aside (remember not to add any more oil when frying the leeks)!

11. Take out the proofed dough, knead it to deflate, knead it into a long strip, and pull it into shape.Evenly sized pots!

12. Knead the mixture into a small round cake and set aside!

13.Roll out into a disc of moderate thickness!

14. Preheat the electric baking pan and place the fried leek and egg filling on the dough!

15. Lock the edges like making dumplings.It doesn’t matter if you close the edges and press them tightly without locking!

16.Put it into the preheated electric baking pan, cover it and heat it up and down for three minutes, then turn over and continue heating for another two minutes!

17.The final product comes out of the pan, it tastes really good
