How to make traditional handmade pie

1.Knead the noodles with warm water, don’t make it too dry.

2. Stuffing: fat and lean pork stuffing, diced carrots, diced mushrooms, green onions, ginger , salt, thirteen spices, oyster sauce, pepper oil, mix well and you can wrap it.

3. Let the mixed dough rest for half an hour, knead it into a ball, cut into small sections, and press Flat dough.

4.Put enough filling into the pie crust and pinch up the four sides to seal.

5. With the seal facing down, flatten the pie and make it one by one.

6. Prepare 10 pies and start making pancakes.

7.Put a small amount of oil into the electric baking pan, add the pie, cover the pancake 3 minute.
