How to make taro cheese cake

1. Prepare ingredients, 150g flour, 150g cheese, 50g sugar , 250g taro, plus 1 bottle of pure milk and 2 eggs.

2. Peel and wash the taro.

3.Cut into slices.

4. Steam for 15 minutes.

5. After steaming, pour it into a basin and press it into mud with a wooden shovel.

6.Add flour, sugar, milk, and grated cheese, and stir evenly with chopsticks

7.Crack two more eggs.

8. Stir evenly into a paste!

Tips
①Personally, I think it tastes better when fried with a little more oil.If you like less oil, you can add less or no oil.
② It needs to be eaten while it is hot.It will become hard when cold and the taste will be worse!
③If you like it softer and waxier, you can mix it with glutinous rice flour!
④When adjusting the batter, if the batter is thicker, the cake will be thicker.If you want the cake to be thinner, you can add water.I made this without adding water, a carton of pure milk was just right.
