How to make original mung bean cake

2.Sifting (the most patient step).

3. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat, pour in the sifted mung bean flour, and mix well.Add sugar and honey in turn and stir-fry for ten minutes.

4. Prepare the sugar, butter and honey according to the amount.

5. Roll the fried mung bean cake into small balls and then use a mold to shape them.(Adjust the size according to your own mold, mine is about 28g each)

1. Soak the peeled mung beans for 4 hours, then steam them in a steamer.After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat and steam for about half an hour (pinch it gently with your hands) powder, indicating that it is steamed).Mash slightly.
