Recipe for Huaishan Chicken Soup

1. Wash and cut the local chicken into cubes, and cut the yam into cubes

2.Soak red dates and wolfberry in water

3.Ginger and green onion slices

4.Put water into boil

Tips
Don’t cook Huaishan for too long as the soup will become mushy ( Please note: Huaishan is a yam)
