Ingredients
Pork ribs ( 300g ) | White waxy corn ( 1 root ) |
Carrot ( 2 roots ) | Water ( 800ml ) |

How to make carrot, corn and pork ribs soup
1.Put the ribs into the pot under cold water, add ginger and 20 ml of cooking wine and blanch.

2. Remove and wash with warm water, put on a plate and set aside.

3.Peel the carrots and wash the corn.

4.Cut the corn into large pieces and cut the carrots into hob pieces.

Tips
