How to make clam tofu soup

1.Prepare ingredients

2. Clams Soak in water for more than 2 hours, spit out all the sediment, and rinse thoroughly

3.Cut tofu into cubes

4.Cut the shallots, ginger and garlic

5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic
6.Add a bowl of water to the tofu and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
