1. Prepare all the ingredients: mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, lettuce leaves, bean sprouts , homemade crispy sausage (tutorial video on the homepage), Chaoshou (details on the recipe on the homepage), Xiabuxiabu Xinjiang tomato flavor soup base.

2. Wash all vegetables and crispy sausage Modify the knife as you like.

3. Add 600 ml of purified water to the milk pot , a bag of Xiabuxiabu tomato flavor soup base, boil for one minute.

4.Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

5.Add bean sprouts and cook the lettuce leaves until soft.
