Ingredients
Mushrooms ( 300g ) | Lean meat ( 100g ) |
Cilantro ( 1 root ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | |
Ginger ( 2 pieces ) | Garlic ( 1 clove ) |
How to make mushroom meat soup

1.Prepare ingredients
2.Lean meat slices
3.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch and marinate for 10 minutes.

4.Tear the mushrooms into strips and clean them

5. Cut garlic and ginger into shreds and set aside

6. Chop the green onion and coriander and set aside

7. Heat the oil in the pan and fry Fragrant ginger and garlic

8.Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.

9.Add a bowl of water and bring to boil

10. Add the meat slices and cook for 2 minutes.

11.Finally add a spoonful of salt to taste.

12.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander and serve
