Carrot, yam and pork ribs soup Recipe

1.First buy the spareribs ( You can ask the store owner to help you stack the pieces, the size is according to your personal preference) blanch the ribs in cold water (to remove the fishy smell), cover the ribs with cold water and add cooking wine, ginger and green onion.

2. After the fire is boiled, turn off the heat, remove the ribs and drain them into cold water.Wash off the scum (mostly rib residue and blood)

3.Then I used Soup made in a rice cooker.Just put all the ingredients into the rice cooker, add a little ginger slices, green onions, a little salt, and add water to cover the ingredients (you can add a little salt)

4.Wait for two hours, open the pot, taste, if it is bland, add some salt to taste. This is why I only put a little bit in at first, and I worry that the soup will be salty later.
Tips
No skills required, just a novice in the kitchen. It’s a simple meal that tastes better and is healthier than the ones sold outside. The most important thing is that it saves money.
