Ingredients
Pumpkin (net weight after peeling) ( 100g ) | Lily ( 20 grams ) |
Soybeans ( 20g ) | Rock sugar ( 15g ) |
Water ( 300ml ) | Wolfberry (appropriate amount) |
How to make pumpkin lily soup

1.Wash the soybeans and lilies, add water and soak them in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Prepare all ingredients.

3.Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
