Rock sugar: harmonizes the stomach
Ingredients
Sweet corn ( Half root ) | Snow pear ( 1 piece ) |
Rock sugar ( 15g ) | Wolfberry ( 6 grams ) |
How to make sweet corn, pear and syrup

1. Prepare corn, snowflakes, pear, wolfberry and rock sugar.(Only half a root of corn was used)

2.Peel off the corn kernels one by one with your hands.(It’s very fast, I peeled half of it in a while)

3. Wash the snowflake pears Peel and set aside.

4.Remove the core of the pears and cut into evenly sized pieces.

5. Then put the pear pieces and corn kernels into a small pot.

6.Add a large bowl of water.

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium to low heat for ten minutes, then add rock sugar.

8.Add wolfberry, stir evenly until the rock sugar melts.

9. Delicious sweet corn and pear syrup is here!
