Ingredients
Millet ( 50g ) | Yam ( 150g ) |
Brown sugar ( 10g ) | Wolfberry ( 6 grams ) |
How to make healthy yam and millet soup

1. Prepare the millet and wash it clean.

2. Peel and wash the yam.(Wear disposable gloves)

3. Cut the peeled yam into 1 cm square pieces piece.

4.Pour the yam cubes and millet into the casserole.

5.Add three large bowls of water.

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, uncover half the lid, reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.(Stir twice with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pan)

7.Then add brown sugar.

8.Add washed wolfberry and cook for another 2 minutes.

9.A healthy yam and millet soup is on the table!
