Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 200 grams ) | White Radish ( 1 piece ) |
Pork spine ( 400g ) | Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin and radish spine soup

1. Wash the spine and soak it in water for half an hour, then wash away the blood and drain the water

2.Tie the chives into knots and prepare the ginger slices

3.Put the spine into the soup pot and add onion and ginger
4.Add water and bring to a boil
5.Skim off the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for more than half an hour until the meat on the bones is cooked

6.When cooking soup, wash the pumpkin and radish, cut them into small pieces and set aside
