Ingredients
Apples ( 2 pcs ) | Dried white fungus ( 20g ) |
Rock sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Red dates (appropriate amount) |
How to stew white fungus with apples

1. Soak white fungus 1 hour in advance, wash and drain

2.Put it in the stewpot

3.Wash the red dates.Drain the water

4.Add to the stew pot and add appropriate amount of water

Tips
