Yam: nourishing the lungs
Ingredients
Dried white fungus (4 pieces) | Yam ( 300g span> ) |
Red dates ( 30g ) | Wolfberry ( 10g ) |
How to make yam and white fungus soup

1. Soak the white fungus two hours in advance

2.Wash and tear Crush and put into the stew pot

3.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

4.Wash the red dates and drain them

5.Put it into a boiling stew pot, bring it to a boil, then turn down the heat, cover the pot and simmer for half an hour
6.Peel the yam with gloves on your hands
7.Wash, cut into small pieces and set aside

8. Wolfberry Wash Clean, drain and set aside

9.Wash the rock sugar, drain and set aside

Tips
Do not cook yams for more than 20 minutes.If it is overcooked, it will lose its texture and may become mushy.
