Ingredients
Mutton stuffing ( 500g ) | |
Cilantro ( 2 roots ) | Green onions ( Half root ) |
Ginger( One piece ) | Thirteen fragrant powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
White pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
1.Chop green onion, ginger and coriander into mince, shred white radish and set aside

2. Chop mutton into stuffing, add thirteen spice powder, minced onion and ginger, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and starch, mix and marinate for 15 minutes and set aside

3. Boil an appropriate amount of white water

4. Squeeze the meat filling into balls of suitable size, add them to the pot one by one and boil until the water floats

6.Add light soy sauce, white pepper, salt and chicken essence and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat

7.Pour the soup into a container and sprinkle with coriander.
