How to make simple and delicious tomato and egg soup in 5 minutes

1.All ingredients are ready , soak the tomatoes in light salt water for 15-20 minutes and then clean them.

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, green onions Mince and set aside.

3. Cut leeks into sections and set aside.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up and add the chopped green onion until fragrant.

5.Pour in the chopped tomatoes, small Stir-fry the soup over high heat.

6. Pour in enough water, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

7.: Crack in 2 eggs and stir well Bring to a boil.

8. Pour in the chopped leeks and cook until the heat is turned off, add a few drops of sesame oil, stir evenly and serve.
Tips
1: Soak tomatoes in light salt water to remove pesticide residues on the tomatoes.

3: I used leeks because I didn’t have cilantro at home.If you have cilantro at home, add cilantro.The taste is much better than adding leeks.
