Crucian carp: harmonizes the stomach
Ingredients
Tomato (2) | Crucipan ( 1 ) |
Onions ( 2 roots ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
How to make tomato and crucian carp soup

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.Make a cross on the bottom of the tomato.

3. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, tear off the skin and cut into pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pan, score 3 knives on both sides of the crucian carp, add the crucian carp, and fry over low heat.

5. Fry until both sides are golden brown, remove and place on a plate for later use.

6. Heat oil in a pan, pour in tomatoes and stir-fry until juice comes out, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

7. Add the fried crucian carp, ginger slices and green onion segments.

8.After the fire boils, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and remove from the pot.
Tips
Tips for frying fish:
a.Before putting the fish into the pot, remove the excess water with your hands, and there should be no water droplets;
b.Shake the iron pot with your wrist to let the oil moisten it.Avoid sticking the fish tail and fins to the pan or getting mushy;
c.Don’t flip the fish all the time when frying.Generally, frying once on one side is OK.
