Ingredients
Amaranth ( 250g ) | Preserved egg ( 1 piece ) |
Chicken soup ( 600g ) | Oil ( 20 grams ) |
Salt ( 4 grams ) | Garlic cloves ( 2 ) |
Ginger ( 3 grams ) |
How to make preserved amaranth eggs in soup

1.Pick off the old roots of amaranth and clean them

2.Wash the amaranth and drain the water Serve as a spare

3.Peel the preserved eggs, wash them and cut them into cubes

4. Slice garlic, slice ginger, set aside

5. Heat the oil in the pan
