How to make winter melon and shellfish soup

1.Prepare materials
2. Cut the carrots into shreds, cut the shellfish into small dices, and slice the winter melon.

3. Blanch the winter melon for 1 minute and remove.

4. Chop the blanched winter melon into small pieces.

5.Pour a small amount of oil into the pot.

6. Saute green onions.

7. Add carrots and winter melon and stir-fry.

8. Pour in a small amount of baby soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

9. Pour in 350ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

10.Turn to low heat, pour in the clams and simmer for 15 minutes.
