Recipe of Red Date, Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

1.All the materials are ready as shown below

2.After washing the lily, soak it in cold water for more than two hours, and soak the white fungus in the same way

3. Soak the white fungus and tear it into small pieces

4. Wash the lotus seeds and red dates, and pour them into the stew pot together with the processed white fungus and lily.Be careful not to soak the lotus seeds.The longer they are soaked, the less likely they will rot

5.Add water to cover all ingredients

6.Place it on natural gas, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 45 minutes.You can also use a pressure cooker to simmer for half an hour.
