How to make tomato and enoki mushroom egg drop soup

1. Prepare the ingredients: tomatoes, enoki mushrooms, eggs, flour, cold water , lettuce.

2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, cut the lettuce into sections, and tear the enoki mushrooms apart , put on a plate and set aside.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, use chopsticks to stir into egg liquid and set aside.

4. Add some oil to the pot, turn on medium-low heat, pour the tomatoes into the pot and turn them over Saute for one minute.
