Ingredients
Cabbage leaves ( 2 ) | Potato ( Half span> ) |
Frozen tofu ( 1 piece ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Minced green onions ( a little ) | Sichuan peppercorns (a little) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Ground coriander ( A little ) |
How to make cabbage, potato and frozen tofu soup

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.Chop cabbage into shreds, cut potatoes into thick strips, and cut frozen tofu into small pieces.

3.Put oil in the pot, heat over low heat, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

4. Put the cut potatoes and cabbage into the pot and stir-fry.

5.Add seasoning and old soup, simmer over medium heat.

6.Ten minutes after the water boils, add the frozen tofu.

7. After the water boils again for five minutes, turn off the heat, add minced coriander and serve.
Tips
Do not stir-fry the frozen tofu with the cabbage and potatoes, or break them into pieces.
