Luffa: low protein
Ingredients
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Pepper ( a little ) | Luffa ( 1/2 root ) |
Chicken breast ( 2 pieces ) | Scallions ( 6 roots ) |
Ginger slices ( 3 slices ) |
Chicken soup loofah Recipe

1. Prepare ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast ( I make cold shredded chicken, see my recipe for details)

2. Pour cold water into the pot and turn up the heat..

3. Prepare green onions and ginger slices and set aside.

4. Boil and turn the chicken breast.

5. Beat off the foam while the fire is rolling.

6. Add the shallots and ginger slices, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

7.When the time is up, take out the chicken breast and onion and ginger, and reserve the chicken soup for later use.

8. Prepare a loofah.The loofah I bought was too long and I only used half of it.

9.Scrape off the loofah skin.

10. Hob cut into pieces.

11. Prepare the shallots.

12. Chop green onions and set aside.

13. Add cut loofah into the chicken soup.

14.Add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of sugar to taste.

15. Cook until the loofah becomes soft, add a little pepper and serve.

16.Pour the chicken soup luffa into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
