Pork Ribs ( 250g ) | Bamboo fungus ( 20g ) |
Corn ( 1 root ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Wolfberry ( 10g ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make bamboo fungus, corn and ribs soup

1.Put the ribs into cold water, add cooking wine and cook until the water boils for 2 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water and set aside

2. Wash and cut the corn into small sections and set aside

3.Soak bamboo fungus in light salt water for ten minutes
