Egg ( one ) | Sweet potato flour ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame oil (appropriate amount) | MSG (appropriate amount ) |

Pink chicken Method

1.Wash the purchased chicken and cut it into pieces Strips (preferably chicken legs)

2. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and white pepper , salted for three hours

3. Add an egg to the marinated chicken and mix well

4.Stir in the sweet potato flour to form a flocculent

5. Boil the mixed chicken in boiling water for five minutes

6.Drain into cold water

7. Boil water in another pot , put in the cooked meat strips

8. Take out the pot (add salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, Coriander, garlic for seasoning, you can also use chicken broth)
