Tomato juice sour soup How to make wontons

1.Tofu cutting Thinly slice, fry until golden brown on both sides, cut into cubes and set aside

2. Eggs spread into Pizza

3.Cut into diamond shapes and set aside

4. Chop onions, ginger, and garlic, tear seaweed into small pieces, dice tomatoes, and prepare the soup ingredients

5. Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, stir-fry the ginger and half of the onions and minced garlic., add diced tomatoes, simmer the soup over low heat, add two bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add egg slices, diced tofu, salt and light soy sauce, and finally add the remaining minced garlic, seaweed and chopped green onion.Add vinegar and bring to boil.

6. Boil the wontons in water, take them out, and pour in the prepared soup.Start enjoying the delicious food.
Tips
If you like sour food, you can add more tomatoes, or a little dried shrimps and coriander to make it taste better.You can make the wontons yourself, which takes a little longer and requires more steps.I’ll explain the details next time.
