How to make steamed eggs with okra

1.The ingredients are ready.

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little cooking wine.

3. Stir the eggs until evenly foamy.

4.Use a small spoon to remove the bubbles on the egg liquid surface.(This step can be directly sieved to remove air bubbles)

5.Add equal amounts to the egg liquid of water, stir evenly.

6. Remove the stems of okra and cut into small sections.

7.Then add the chopped okra.

8.Cover with plastic wrap.

10. Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Tips
Okra can also be blanched in advance to remove the green and astringent taste of okra.
