3. Place the cutting board and cut into approximately three centimeter sections.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into about 2mm slices.
The potatoes I used were too small, so I put them whole.
5. Cut the green onions into diagonal slices and prepare them together with the minced garlic.

6. Heat the pan until it is warm, add sesame oil, and sauté green onions until fragrant.

7.Add potato slices and stir-fry until cooked.

8.Add kelp and stir-fry.

9.Add a teaspoon of salt.

10.A tablespoon of soy sauce.

11. When the kelp absorbs the soy sauce, add hot water, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for five minutes minute.Cold water is also fine, just boil the water for five minutes.

12.Open the lid and add minced garlic, cook for one minute and then remove.

13. It only lasted a few minutes, and the soup was already very thick.

14.Simple and nutritious kelp soup is ready.
Tips
1.If you are not in a hurry, follow the same steps and use beef instead of potatoes to make the same beef and kelp soup.
If you add beef, be sure to heat the water.
2.The quantities in the ingredient list are for reference only.50g of kelp can make just two bowls of soup.Half a large potato is enough, or a whole smaller potato is fine.Friends who like thicker soup can add more.
3.Crack a poached egg in before adding water to cover. The soup will be more delicious and nutritious.Just add eggs and you have to keep an eye on them to be careful of eggs splashing into the pot.
Wish you friends a happy meal.
