How to stew black-bone chicken with Bawang flower

1.Clean the Bawang flower with small scissors, cut it in half, and use half (you can also use 1/4)
2. Cut the black-bone chicken into cubes and blanch it once

3. Blanch Strain the good black-bone chicken soup, put it into the pot with the chicken, add tangerine peel and cooking wine, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes

4.Add Bawang flower and salt and continue to stew for 10 minutes

5. Remove from the pot and sprinkle in wolfberry and pepper
Small Tips
