How to make refreshing lettuce and scallop soup

1.Peel the lettuce and cut into shreds.

2.Crush the soaked scallops into pieces.

3. Cut the green onions into cubes and separate them from the whites; cut the ginger into shreds; beat the garlic into flat pieces; spare.

4. Heat oil in the pot, add scallions and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
