Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) | div> |
How to make fish head and tofu soup

1.Wash the fish head, rub it with salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes p>

2. When the fish head is marinated and left to stand, shredded ginger can be added to remove the smell

3.Wash all the ingredients, cut them and set aside

4. Heat oil in a pan, add fish head and fry until slightly golden

5.Add ginger slices and stir-fry slightly

6.After adding the ginger, pour in warm water and add the whole green onion

7. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer for 10 minutes
