How to make tomato and egg drop soup

1.For one tomato, blanch the skin with hot water.

2. Cut the tomatoes into small dices and set aside.

3. Crack one egg into a bowl and beat well and set aside.

4. Chop onion and ginger into mince, cut coriander into sections and set aside.

5. Heat the pan and start oil.

6. Heat the oil to 50% and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant.

7.Pour in diced tomatoes.

8. Stir-fry until the tomatoes become sticky.

9.Pour in appropriate amount of water.

10.Add appropriate amount of salt.

11.Add appropriate amount of allspice powder.

12. Let the soup in the pot boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

13. Stir in the egg liquid.

14.Add appropriate amount of MSG.

15.Sprinkle with coriander segments.

16.The delicious tomato and egg soup is ready!
Tips
1.If you like the sour taste, you can put some vinegar in the soup, or add more tomatoes;
