How to make seaweed and oyster soup

1.Heat the wok , be careful not to add oil or water.Put a whole sheet of seaweed into the pot and heat it until the surface has a crispy feel.

2. Boil the washed oysters under cold water.

3.After the water boils, tear the seaweed into small pieces and add an appropriate amount of salt to the pot.

4. Boil for 1 minute until the seaweed is spread out, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander segments.
